Modern playability

The Custom Shop 1956 Time Machine Journeyman Relic Tele brings you into the present with updates based around bringing you today's best in playability. You get a modern 9.5" fretboard radius, which is great for both chording comfort and string-bending freedom. And you won't have to fight with barely-there frets. The 6105 fret wire offers you enough clearance from the fretboard for all the unobstructed string control you need. But it's still low enough to be extremely comfortable.

The Journeyman Relic treatment

Though a relic'd guitar finish is almost as common these days as a flawless factory finish, it was the Fender Custom Shop that pioneered the process — and know how to do it better than anyone.
